Your order is important and will be made as soon as possible. Please remember that all items are hand made, hand painted, hand finished and hand packed by me personally. You will be informed by email of the expected despatch date of your order.

Your order is packed in bubblewrap and strong cardboard to ensure it reaches you safely. Most of the packaging can be recycled or reused.

I generally use a combination of Royal Mail First Class, Standard Parcel Service and UPS 24/48 hour courier service depending on the size and/or weight of your order. If you live in an area classed as Highlands & Islands, next day courier service may not be available. You will be informed which service is being used when your item has been despatched.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge shown includes the cost of delivery plus the cost of packaging your order.

I try to be as fair as possible with these charges but please remember that some items will need to be packed well to avoid damage in transit. If possible, I will re-use packaging but this is not always possible or convenient. The cardboard is recyclable and the bubblewrap can be reused.

The checkout system will automatically calculate the cost of delivery for multiple purchases.

Returns

The items sold on this site are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations.

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please return it within 14 days from delivery for either a full refund or a replacement. If possible, please take photos of the damage and packaging. Return postage will be refunded (the same postal service must be used as the original posting).

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, you can return the item for a full refund, but the cost of returning the item will be at your expense.

If an item is sent via Royal Mail and is lost, a refund will be given after a period of 15 working days have elapsed (the period Royal Mail states after which it will accept an item is lost).
